Pricing Policy

The prices of the products listed in our online store are final (including the legal VAT), are determined by our company and are competitive with market prices. Our online store has the right to change prices without notice. Of course, the customer pays the amount indicated in his order and it does not matter if the price has changed by the delivery date.

Applicable Law

All transactions you make through gterior.gr are governed by International and European law regulating issues related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003) as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance selling.

Product Delivery

The delivery of products is done exclusively through cooperating companies (transportation - courier) with gterior.gr and is always done on the sidewalk.
The delivery hours for orders are 9:00-17:00. Please do not include a specific delivery time in the comments as the delivery time will be arranged via telephone communication between the carrier and you.

ATTENTION: The order delivery time is 4-10 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday).
The delivery time starts counting from the next working day from the date of payment of the order.

Return - Product Replacement - Order Cancellation

The products supplied by the online store www.gterior.gr of gterior.gr can be returned and you can request their replacement for the cases (1,2) in which:

1. With proven fault of gterior.gr, incorrect products were sold or
2. Products of poor and defective quality (in order to determine the poor and defective quality and to replace the products, the customer is required to send us photos in digital format to eshop@gterior.gr)

We also do not accept returns on products that have been modified/washed/used and are not returned in their original packaging with all purchase documents. Shipping, assembly and other additional services are not refundable.

Gterior.gr is not liable to users for any damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of their order from the moment the ordered products were given to the carrier for delivery to the user. If such an issue arises, please contact us so that we can provide you with the carrier's contact details. Upon receipt of the products, the customer is obliged to inspect the product.

In the event of returning products that have been received by a shipping company or courier, they must be returned to our headquarters in the same way, even in the case of a defective product (transportation is borne by the customer).

In any case and for all the above cases (1,2) the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all the above cases (1,2) the product to be replaced-repaired must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases (1,2) the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition they were received by the customer, completely unused (as new) and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Certificate, etc.).

In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

• Contact the Online Store on the same or next business day.
• The product has not been used.
• The product is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retail Invoice, etc.)

Specifically:

• If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately free of charge. This provision excludes products covered by third-party warranties such as those from the product manufacturer or its representative. Also, if the customer returns the products with a non-cooperating carrier/courier of the company, then the costs are borne by the customer in any case (even if the product is defective).
• In the event that we sent you the wrong item, we will send you the correct one and cover the shipping costs of the wrong product.
• In case it does not suit you, you can exchange it within 14 days (with its full packaging), the customer will bear the cost of shipping the product. You will be given a refund.

If the products are not returned within 14 days, then gterior.gr may not accept any return or replacement.

A product that has been sold with an additional gift must be returned with the additional gift.

In the event of repeated returns or in the event that gterior.gr, in its absolute discretion, considers that the consumer is abusing the right of return or acting in bad faith, it is entitled to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.

In case the customer refuses to receive the package(s), then the company gterior.gr has the right to refund only the value of the product. The transportation costs in any case are borne by the customer. Prerequisite, that there has been prior telephone contact with the respective store where the purchase was made.

In the above cases, you must notify us immediately in writing by e-mail or by phone at the store where the purchase was made, with the subject "Order Return Request" indicating the date/document number/name/surname of purchase within the above deadline. Provided that you receive written return approval from gterior.gr, the address to which the products to be returned must be sent is the corresponding address of the store where the purchase was made WITH THE INDICATION "RETURN ORDER REQUEST"

To avoid any inconvenience to you, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, etc.). In the event that you detect a defect, you must contact our online store immediately after delivery on the same day via the contact form that you will find on our website or by email & telephone at the store where the purchase was made. The return policy of gterior.gr does not apply to defective products, which are covered by their respective guarantees.

Cancel order

Cancellation of the order can be done in the following cases: before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process you can go back and remove the quantities of the products from your cart by clicking on the "remove" button. Cancellation of an order can be done within 24 hours of receiving it and only if the product has not been previously shipped.
