• Not be used or worn
• Be accompanied by its original packaging and all accessories
• Be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice

Return process

To make a return:

2. Pack the product securely
3. Send the package to the address you will be given

Return costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error
In case of change, there may be additional re-shipment costs

Refund

• The refund is made within X working days of receipt and inspection of the product
• The refund is made using the same payment method you selected during purchase
